My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Ryan Beymer, the grain looks a lot like White Oak. Are you asking of it is prefinished? Engineered just means it has an engineered backer underneath the top wear layer.

    I was looking for the product. There does appear to be some white oak in there but i see other species as well.

    This floor is a White Oak sand and finish with a custom stain color added. Hope this helps.
