    Cvetelina Romantica

Last summer Meilland organized the presentation of this rose in Pleven, Bulgaria. It was named for the lovely, 18-year-old Cvetelina, who died in a terrible road accident

Oh, my goodness. So many lovely C, Have my work cut out, to make copies for my 2016-17 , slide show, I share with my friends. Many new to me too. Thank you Beth and Neptune.

Beautiful roses Neptune! That Cvetelina is quite lovely.

Oh my they all look beautiful!!!

OMGosh! You guys have more "Cs" than I have total roses! LOVING Cl. Cancan and Cl. Chocolate Sundae. Desertgarden, I had JUST eliminated Cl. ClSoupert from my ARE list and you have to post that glorious pic! I just have to remember that you live in the desert, not a river valley with 90+ degrees and 98% humidity all summer long. I love these alphabet posts!

My attention was directed to C.S., Vaporvac, due to Christopher's ( aqua eyes) suggestion. He gardens/gardened in New Jersey ( not a river valley, but fairly humid.. I believe), and at the time, if I am not mistaken, it was a good performer there...... a lot better than here.

Beth--love your stripeys as usual. And that thin red line around Centennials petals is exquisite. Chivalry is rather amazing! as is Christopher Marlowe. You have so many pretty lavenders also.

Both Beth and Neptune have lovely Chandos Beautys!

DesertGarden--you're getting me quite interested in Charles MacIntosh. And your Clothilde Soupert is much prettier than mine.

    Charles de Gaulle, Sara--love it!

Ken--Conundrum is wonderful! And I had no idea Crocus Rose was so floriferous--very nice!

    I only have just a couple "C"s.

Clothilde Soupert--see--not as nice as Desertgardens, but she did manage a nice spring bloom. But next year will be her second year, so here's hoping!

Cornelia (hybrid musk)--new and hasn't done much yet, but that is a pretty little flower she put out.

    That's about it. Enjoy.

    Love your Cinnamon Dolce,Sara-Ann

Lawsy, lawsy. I am blown away. So many stunners. Thank you all.

Colette on Dec.17th, about a dozen blooms on her. I love how this Nikon blurs the background on automatic.

Charles Darwin after 5 days of temps. in the 90's. He changed from an ocher-yellow to this glowing buttermilk. In too small a pot so little bloom this year.

    Candace (on the left)

    Wow! Love that CALM COMPOSURE!

I forgot Chocolate Ripples! The form tends to be a bit wacky, but it's still a young plant (2016 was its second season) so I'm hoping that it sorts itself out.

Everyone's roses are just beautiful! So many exquisite ones!

    Only one C rose--Candice
