I like your house. The colors, brick, street numbers, light, urns, mailbox are all good. I'd probably paint the door black like the shutters. I'd leave the cement walls and plant ivy to trail down. The foundation planting on the right appears to have a brick edging. I'd make that brick edging more prominent by keeping the grass clipped and maybe adding another row or two of bricks on top.

Cute house. Some suggestions: replace foundation plantings; have a wall built on the right side of your driveway to blend in with your front steps; pergola over the garage door in white; whatever the storm door color is, match it and use that for your front door; remove shutters completely and paint the mullions black and paint all your trim a lighter shade of the body of the house. I think if everything was a tone on tone, the house would seem larger and remove the outline the white trim is giving it.

Hello, you have a great looking home and I agree that some sort of roof detail and minimum column effect could enhance the approach to your entry. I am always challenged when you come out the front door and you are met with steps. That said increasing the landing would mean the steps would have to be addressed. Are you prepared from a budget standpoint to make those necessary changes in your project or are you looking for simpler solutions.
