The material on the home shown is stucco.

    STUCCO:

The stucco we use on our homes is supplied by LaHabra Stucco
    (http://www.lahabrastucco.com/).
We typically use Custom Stucco Mix Ratio from their color palette.

The color is in the final stucco coating , and it was a
custom color using a ratio from LaHabra’s color palette. After the stucco
was determined, we used a trim color that would complement the veneer.

Some of Jack’s most commonly used colors include:

    Color Chips

    Chablis

    X-12 (Base 100)

    Fallbrook

    X-434 (Base 200)

    Misty

    X-17 (Base 200)

    Eggshell

    X-73 (Base 100)

    Lifestyle Colors

    Hialeah

    X-81586 (Base 100)

    Beaufort

    X-14495 (Base 100)

    Trabuco

    X-278 (Base 200)

    For example:

    4
    Parts Chablis
    (X-12) Base 100

    1
    Part
    Beaufort (X-14495) Base 100 – Lifestyle Color

I am sure they can help you by sending you their color
    brochure.

I would suggest ordering a few of your preferred sample bags
and prepare sample boards that you can observe in the sunlight.

The sample boards should be at least 3’ x 3’. For the
samples, we sometimes use Styrofoam since it is light weight.

I have attached photos with the colors we have used
previously to see if this helps.

Jack Arnold Companies, are you able to share the details of this custom color for this house? Or can you recommend a color (or mix)? I’m looking for something that’s a very light beige but not yellowy and using Lahabra. Thanks!!
