An Awkward Space

I will show you some before and after pictures of room.

I will be starting from the very beginning of room, to were I'm at with the room. Needing some help with suggestion on flooring. And any other suggestion would be helpful. Would like to choose laminate or vinyl flooring. Will post pictures.
