I am looking for a full size sofa bed <$1200. Article seems to be good and affordable, Joybird and Interior define is at the high end on our price range. I like Burrow as well.

Joybird also told me 8 weeks and when i asked where my couch is, its now looking more like 15. Seems to be a trend. I think I will try article instead.

The extreme Joybird delays seems to be an ongoing theme. I ordered a three piece sectional from them on September 23. Was told it would ship between November 17-23. The week of Thanksgiving I reached out to inquire about the status of my order. Was told 1-2 more weeks. Now I'm being told another 1-2 weeks, making the couch over a month late (that is, assuming it even ships as promised). The furniture is not cheap so it's unfortunate that these delays seem so commonplace.

Friends ordered a couch, dining table and accompanying benches from Article and are very happy with the quality. I believe shipping was less than a month. Happy furniture hunting!

Ordered my couch Sept. 4. Still no sign of a couch coming. They are quick to take your money but not on getting you the couch. i was complaining about it to a co-worker and on the spot they ordered an article couch that was delivered in a week. thanks for letting me vent houzz

Cococohome.com made that sectional. We are not making their furniture anymore.

I just ordered that Anton sectional from Joybird with a stated 4-week lead time. After reading online reviews, I am getting concerned with reviews that state long lead times and some quality issues. I am hoping that they have resolved these issues. At the very least, I would hope they would update lead-times to a more realistic time frame especially if they also own their own factory? If you've ordered a Joybird sofa, can you please comment on the quality once delivered? I will also look at Article in case I run into these similar delay issues.

Please avoid Joybird Furniture. It's all good until there is a problem. I read the reviews describing long shipping delays, but took a chance when I saw an Elliot sectional available for quick ship (3 days). I also placed a second order for two related items. Then I started getting emails about the progress of my build. I called several times before I received a clear answer about the status of my quick ship item - it was not available for a minimum of 12 weeks. I expressed concerns and only received empty apologies and no effort to correct the situation. Joybird allowed me to cancel the order; however, I already received the rug that I purchased to go with the sectional. In order to return the rug, I have to put it in the original packaging. Rugs come wrapped in a plastic wrapper. Not clear how you roll up the rug and put in back in the plastic wrapper.

Overall, I wasted a lot of time with Joybird and have nothing to show for it. The person I spoke to - Leslie - didn't seem to care and initially told me it was my mistake (i.e., the sofa was not a quick ship item although my invoice confirmed it was a quick ship item). Overall, not a good experience.
