That plant is overwhelming that part of the space. Move it to the right side of TV. Then get a small scale but comfy reading chair and put it in front of the windows. A drape panel on each side of the window picking up some color would soften the look of the masculine, leather sofa (not so great in a bedroom!) and a small table near it. Then move the floor lamp to beside that chair. Do the chair in a printed fabric for more softness. A book or two on the higher coffee table along with some interesting coasters for a cup of coffee would help. A faux fur to drape over the back and arm of the leather sofa would make things feel more cozy and inviting. Here are a couple chairs that might work for you.

This is actually a recliner too, so it fits a number of wants!

Here is a little "mock up" to get your started. I suggest some soft looks, the drapes are velvet (I couldn't get some on the window behind the blue chair, but I would do all 3 windows. The blue is just a color I selected as one that is restful in a bedroom, but you can select any color, just repeat it in accessories, plant containers, pillows, etc.

A faux fur is draped over the arm and back of the sofa, again to "soften the space". Moved the plant to right side of TV which gives that wall more balance. Moved floor lamp (I just picked one, since I couldn't put yours there, although yours looks a bit too small for the space). and I put some books on the table, just something on the table for more interest. The blue chair is a compact recliner which would be nice and I think that is a swivel rocker too, which is very comfy in a sitting area. I put a small round "garden stool" beside the chair, just to have a place to set a drink or a cup of coffee. Some things like this would help make the space feel more welcoming and cozy.
