Olive leaves falling off

Hello everyone I have a small olive tree. I have had it for about 8 months. I recently brought it in for the winter, I live in ohio zone 5. It currently sits on a bench right up to a South facing sliding glass door, so it gets alot of light. The problem is I just noticed a few leaves were starting to shrivel and when I touched them they all started falling of with the slightest touch. Not just the dry one but all of them even the ones that look healthy. Does anyone know what this would cause this, and what u can do to correct it thank you very much. Also the soil drains pretty decent but could be better I have new soil on the way. Should I repot it if it could be soil issue. It's been in the same soil the whole time but is getting a little bound.
