Is this film waterproof and suiable for a window in a shower?

I need to use this product on a window inside a shower, so it will have repeated exposure to water. The window is also smaller than the measurements you offer. Can the film be cut to size without rendering the product useless or damaged?

This is my same question. Have you applied and tested? Thanks

Yes, we suggest sealing the edges with clear silicone in that situation.

This is a common use of our product and the silicone on the edges just prevents moisture from migrating under it and causing the adhesive to fail.

Question for @window film and more - we have an exterior shower window in a Highlands, NC mountain home that is 68"x 82" insulated fixed glass. We would like to have half (or so) of the window be frosted using one of your window film products - to provide privacy (the lower half) while also providing a view of the mountains (the upper half). How would you suggest we best go about this in terms of installing the film? Should we put the film on the exterior (i.e. the outdoor side, exposed to the elements) side of the window due to the fact that the interior side is likely to get wet from the shower spray splatter itself from time to time? And if so - how should we seal it? Clear silicon what edges we can?
