I find this response absolutely condescending. There is no reason you cannot provide the sq footage of the house and the amt of land if you know it.

Totally agree. There are many architects on here that are so ridiculously protective of every stone, finish and sq ft of their design...like it is some huge secret and we are trying to steal their ideas. If you are so worried about that then don't post your pictures. The problem is...eventually we will find what we are looking for in another photo from a more helpful source...copying and pasting some blanket response to anyone that asks a question is exactly who I wouldn't want working on my project. There is no secret to your work...we are simply interested in learning more...

To get more business you need to be friendly and accommodating. Not condescending and closed off. You are not a business I would want to deal with. Your posting of pictures on Houzz backfired due to your lack of marketing skills.
