My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello from Minnesota!! The flooring (since it is a screen porch) was a 5/4 cedar decking. A red paint was then applied over it (you can see it near the chair to the right. Hope that helps and thanks for looking!!
