Looks like spider mites. Look under the leaves with a 10X glass. If you see them, treat accordingly... lots of info on this site, if you do a search.

Did you make the 5-1-1 with the right amount of Lime and the added slow-release fertilizer?

Yes, check for mites, as well. And perhaps do a chelated iron treatment.

Too, what's the pH pf your water? Is it rain water you use or do you use a lot of tap water?

Do you ever let it get too dry before watering?

The leaves are a bit curled, tight and not straight which also could signify a pest issue..

When I made the mix I added about 1 tbsp of Lime per gallon. I will do a soil PH test tomorrow. I use tap water, will check its PH as well.

I took a closer look and found some small long light-colored bugs that move pretty fast. Maybe thrips? I think I found a few mites as well. Will try to take a picture tomorrow.

So would a simple soap/neem oil spray take care of these bugs?

So here is a pic of what I found. They are concentrated on the blossoms. There are very few on the leaves. Thrips? And can they be causing the yellow spots?

Found only one small spider with web. Don't think it was a spider mite. Photo came out bad.

Oy yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can due much damage and they can cause those leaves to do that too. MY God, one of my worst feared pests in the world since half the time you can not even see them..
