Mandarin problems

Hi there can anyone please tell Me what would be wrong with my mandarin tree. It's only about 3 yrs old in a pot and the mandarins have small brown spots on them and the leaves have marks on them too any help would be appreciated

    Bingo! I'll bet that's it. It really doesn't look like bugs, fungal, nutrients so I think you are A-OK now.
