How are these tiles installed?

I want to use them for decor and function on a fabric-backed wall and don't want to damage the fabric.

    Hi Kim,

In order not to damage the fabric wall then we would suggest that install either plywood or a product like Gator board over the fabric wall in order to protect it. Then install the cork wall tiles onto of the plywood or gator board. Gator board is a very light weight and durable backing material. It is very easy to cut by using a utility knife.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Regards,

    Linda

Thank you. Are the tiles adhesive-backed?

No Kim, they are not adhesive-backed. For a gator board, sheet rock, drywall, or wood substrate we will recommend using Liquid Nails "Heavy Duty". You can purchase this adhesive at any local Home Depot. The spread rate is 1 - 10 oz caulking tube of Heavy Duty per pack of tiles (11 tiles = 22 sqft).
