    Hi thanks for your question! I am afraid this tile may be discontinued, but it was an Interceramic 3x6 subway tile, style number IGBR101. I think if you tried the Interceramic IC Brites collection, you may be able to find something similar. Hope that helps!

    PS--I would assume the color would most closely match "Mint" in the IC Brites.
