My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These are concrete roof tiles. I don't recall the manufacturer, but I would actually not be inclined to use this material in the future. It is not the zero maintenance roof the manufacturer represents it to be; it is brittle, and tiles periodically need replacement.
