My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The lampshades were part of the fixture, which I then had custom distressed by my lighting guy here in St. Paul, because they were only available in shiny Chrome.

    The lights above the island look very quirky. We don't have anything similar, but we do have a design very much alike the star light if it helps.
