Thanks! Is it a trick of the photo, or are those purple style arms in Boysenberry Buttercup? Really nice!

Neptune, great shot of Beverly Sills. I ordered that one back when I was just getting started, but it turned out to be a mislabel and I never did get another. Has it been a good performer for you?

Criris, I may have to get Black Stallion - that was one of my favourite series of books as a girl! :) Love Brazillian Art and Brown Lasso. BL is one I've considered adding for about three years in a row now!

Ooh, love that Buster, Bloombuddie! Boo also. Is Blood Covenant really that red? Ballistic reminds me of Ruby Eruptions... do you have that one?

Redwolfdoc, here are a couple other pictures from our garden of Blood Covenant. It is a brownish red. A lot depends on the lighting and time of day. I'll probably have enough Buster to share with you this Spring if you like. Ann

Thank you so much, Ann! Blood Covenant is gorgeous - in all those photos. I love the 'browns' ...iris, roses, daylilies, you name it. Wouldn't it be fun to make an exchange this spring? I'm in Canada, which makes things more complicated, though not impossible. Let me know if any of my plants catch your eye!

(I'm Karen, by the way, though Redwolfdoc works too!) :)

Here are a few more B iris from our local iris society president's open garden last spring. They're called the Aurora Borealis Iris Garden, and they grow some beauties!

Big Blue Eyes SDB - I picked up a rhizome of this one; can't wait to see it in the spring!

    Butterscotch Carpet SDB
