Jody, Are these both the same flower? Your second flower looks like a sort of like Opal Star which I believe is also sold as Cherry Crush. I just went through my pictures of Opal Star aka Cherry Crush and they can differ quite a bit from bulb to bulb.

Give it a few more days to come into it's shape, you might be pleased!

Just my opinion but I "think" that's what you have....☺☺

Same flower. The first (outside) was taken two days after the inside pic. The petals had folded back a bit. I only had this and maybe Desire blooming so it might have been a different flower but same bulb :)

It always amazes me how different lighting can affect colors.
