My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

To use the key lock or not

I would like to have the option of either using the lock or not. Is it possible to keep the door shut if we decide to keep it unlocked?

    Door will not remain closed if lock is not engaged.

    Hi @Enss Mitchell - I wouldn’t consider it waterproof. I'd avoid directly putting it outside with no coverage, the mail can get wet.

    Nothing is a 100% but if mounted properly no reports of water issues have been expressed
