CHI Overhead Door DealersHello Mike, Not sure if you have done research on CHI Overhead Doors but they have a model called 2216(traditional style doors) or 5216(stamped carraige doors) both R-Value of 17.19 with polyurethane insulation. Also, if you go with glass, they come standard with insulated glass and have a thermal beak. The thermal break prevents the frost come to the inside of the garage due to the way it's constructed. And according to the dealer locator there appears to be some dealers near Montreal. We could get either Garaga or Clopay as well but prefer to sell CHI because of the quality that goes into this door. Garaga has wood on the ends that will eventually get moisture in it and at times Clopay can be a bit of a hassle for the customer. Hope this was helpful and Good Luck!
