I, personally, wouldn't dedicate nearly that much space to the closet, but that's just me. I don't have that many clothes! As for the shower, I'd certainly make it larger. There are so many nice things that can be added, including a bench, two showerheads, etc. Maybe move the vanity to where the shower is (there might be enough space for a double vanity, or maybe a long trough sink with two faucets). Put the tub on an angle (in the lower left hand corner) and put the shower in the top left of the bathroom, along the left wall. Don't forget to account for storage. From what I can tell, you don't have any other than what is in your vanities. You can never have enough! Maybe consider grabbing a couple feet from your proposed closet and add some tower storage with the vanity. Also, I would add a door from the bedroom into the closet. That way, if someone is in the bathroom, the other person can still get ready in the closet without interrupting whoever is using the bathroom.
