Yes, they do, Tyler! Adenium do that with their roots, too ... like ballerina legs. They just need the vertical space to grow that way.

I select and sell this Adenium arabicum for future my mother plant and growth about 3 years old.
Last year I got single seed pod and sowing. The seedling from this plant same as mother plant.
