Sorry to hear you are down a bit, but glad you sound like you are on the mend. Tougher now than when we were young to bounce back. Sounds like your positive attitude is helping you regain your strength.

Thank you, everyone. The therapist was here today and said he didn't think I would need the 6 more weeks I'm scheduled for.,,,,yeaaaaaaa. But, I need to work on balance (still using a rolling walker with a seat when shopping so I can sit down when tired) but who in the world stands with feet together, closed eyes and their arms crossed over their chest? Duh! That doesn't happen when I sew but I do need to build up some endurance for being up and doing something. I'll get there, and DH is, and has been, a big help.
