I find that a lot of women sacrifice their closets for
the benefit of their homes. If company
is coming over they will toss just about anything in there just to keep the
main living area clear of clutter.

That’s the issue this client ran into. She was using her personal closet as storage
for everything, and as a result lost a functioning space for her wardrobe. The first photo below is what her closet
looked like before I came in. It was not only disorganized, but was cluttered
with bedding items, water and a ton of other random stuff.

The second photo was after I came in and organized the
space. We took out all of the unnecessary
clutter which allowed us to spread her wardrobe out, used some of her larger
shoe racks for chunky sweaters, and added a bench to the center of the closet
so she had a place to sit when putting shoes on. This
gave her back the space she lost to clutter and even more room to organize her wardrobe.

My goal is to help my clients turn their closets into a
place that makes them happy. Does it
need a chandelier? Does it need a bench seat to hold additional items? Does it
need to be painted? These are all things
that matter when it comes to my client’s closets and making them into the space
they need.
