Need help choosing colors for my kitchen

I have one wall of light American cherry cabinets in the dining area, a
cherry and hickory table, white cabinets in the kitchen area, and light
reddish birch flooring throughout. In the picture below, we have the lighter-colored floor, and the white cabinets are on the other side of the room. The second picture is of our table. What would be good colors for the
granite counter and walls? Thanks!

White cabinets with white countertop. Does it appeal to you? What is the style of your kitchen?
Do the cherry cabinets need countertop?

You can have almost any wall color but choose countertop first.

Thanks! The white-on-white look is a little too spare/modern for us. We have the choice of countertop of the cherry cabinet, but I think we're just going to leave it wood because of cost.

I think your options are endless...look for a granite that you love and then pick the wall color from there.
