Need help mounting TV over fireplace in the corner

We have fireplace in the living room, over which we want to mount the Television. However the fireplace is between a wall and the patio door.
So my question is how do i mount the TV and place my equipment like DVR, etc there.
Any ideas ?

    Can you get an entertainment center to put on the wall on the right? I don't think all those things above the fireplace will look good. Maybe get a picture or mirror for above fireplace. You could maybe place couch at an angle to corner where fireplace meets entertainment wall.
