My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Ron, Yes, we can make this in a 36" version. It will be light layout will be similar to our Comet style 36" diameter, 36" height, 14 lights. I have attached the image here. The branching style on the Comet is a bit different than the Briarwood but we would use this configuration with the Briarwood branching style to customize this piece for you.
