My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Metal track?

I love this space and how it functions. May I ask the purpose of the metal track underneath the upper cabinets? My first thought was ladder, but potentially curtains? Or decorative? Would love any insight!

      Thank you! I love how modern the track is and have been looking for a library ladder that isn't as traditional. Can you share where you sourced it? Or did you fabricate it? The track at least is lovely, simple and clean!

      Rodriguez I am a soon to be homeowner in NYC who will be looking to convert a tiny home office to a guest room/ home office- with clever functional space. I prefer a very minimalist aesthetic with a preference for Scandinavian styles. I love what you did here- very creative. Having never worked with an architect before how does it work ? I have no idea of the cost and i hated the idea of murphy but you really made it work here. Also getting rid of everything in that photo- mirror/desk etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
