My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

do you do 'white glove' type delivery? This would go on a roof top deck, up three flights of stairs. Do your delivery people carry up and set up?

    Can I trade the lava rocks for the glass rocks? (Naturally would have to buy the glass rocks from store) Just wondering if can use glass, or must stay with the lava rocks?
