time release fertilizer for seedlings

I decided to make my own seed starting soil this year du to a bad batch I got last year. Im using coconut coir, vermiculite and pearlite in a 1.1.1 ratio. Once the true leaves are growing, I transplant to new bigger cells, and want to add a time release fertilizer to the mix. Looking for suggestions on a cost effective one I should use. I usually do about 70 flats of flowers.

Michigan State University Extension says: Potting soils and seed-starting mixes for your garden | MSU Extension - making your own seed-starting or potting mix is an option. I like to mix one-third part spaghnum peat moss or coconut coir fiber with one-third part finely screened compost and one-third part vermiculite. Add about 1 to 2 cups of worm compost to a 5 gallon bucket of your soil mix.

University of Florida has several recipes. Too many for my thinking. Homemade Potting Mix - UF/IFAS Extension: Solutions for Your Life - When making your own potting mix, working from a recipe is a good idea to start.
