You can buy a bed skirt

I recommend a bed skirt. Something tailored usually looks best and can be found in a Bed, Bath and Beyond store or any store that sells bedding.

Bedskirt won't work because I'd have to raise up the mattress. I did this with a queen bed but this one's too hard.

Bed Bath and Beyond sells something like a bedskirt. It only has the part that covers the bed. But it's snow white. Won't work for me.

I've been searching and have not seen anything like a bed with wood rails. That would work for me.
