Thank you for your interest in our work. This is a 3" wide board, rift and quartered white oak in a chevron pattern. The floors were stained with a custom stain blend that is 50% ebony with 50% chocolate with a polyurethane top coat for a long lasting and durable floor. Good luck with your project.

What brand of stain are these? I can't find who makes a "chocolate" stain. Your input is appreciated.

Is this finish difficult to maintain? Is dirt easily visible?

Our hardwood floor installer applied two coats of a custom stain blend
that is 50% ebony with 50% chocolate onto a rift and quarter sawn white
oak floor. However, since this is a custom blend from the floor installer we are unable to actually confirm the brand of stain. Because this is a satin finish it tends to show less dirt and scratches. Great questions!
