Thank you for the kind comments. The dock area is approximately 1,000 sq.ft. including the boat slip. The Boatport measures 18 ft wide by 28 ft long. The entire dock and boatport structure is bearing on a steel structure, driven into the lakebed below. That structural steel installation can vary depending on the geology, so it's very difficult to offer a cost per sq ft. See the attached photo from a different project as an example of the steel dock structure.
