My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi could I ask what the floor is in the family room? Polished concrete? Heating under? Where you happy with results?
    And lastly the carpet in walk in wardrobe, could you tell me what it is?

    Thanks Janine - it's polished concrete - which we love. No heathing under it (and can be cold in winter) but with a wood fireplace it's fine. The carpet in the wardrobe is a simple charcoal wool carpet - available anywhere.
