I will start a with a technical note - to me few of your plants look like pieces of something that should be bigger. Were they perhaps obtained by improper separation from a clump? That would explain some growth issues.
My winter care: a lot of light, room temperature about 22 Celsius over day. I mist my plants properly once per 4 days. I am not a fan of prolonged soaking, they are plants, not scuba divers :) Too much water can also speed up fungal infections. In winter I help my plants to get dry with a small USB ventillator, because there is no natural air flow indoors.

It's completely possible that they were. I bought them from a seller online. I had been considering a gro light to give them more light. Would that be better for them? The temperature is always around 74 Fahrenheit (23 Celsius) during the day. Ok, so I'll stop soaking them and start spritzing them, and let my desk fan dry them.

I don't think they need grow lights if you have them on a window. But that fan is really useful, just don't place it too close.
