My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Coordinating trim color

We're building a home and I have chosen black trimmed windows (inside and out). We're doing a moderate dark wood floor and I want to paint all the interior doors a light grey. I don't know what color to paint all the trim though. Im trying to stay away from white, but I don't want the house to look dark either. Thought?

    We ended up going with Pella Impervia. We wanted Jeld Wen, but they were backed up 8 weeks and we couldn’t wait that long. In the basement we do have 1 egress Anderson window which I actually prefer to the Pella, but the Pella windows have worked out well so far.

    On a side note, we did go with white trim inside and out and we love it.
