Looks like Meyer; if you plant the seeds you will get a lemon of some sort, but very unlikely it will be a Meyer.

I thought they looked like Meyer lemons as well and they still may be. But in taste they are very tart/sour without any appreciable sweetness like a Meyer. Absolutely is the juiciest lemon I've ever had, but that could just be that it was homegrown and not store bought as I've always done.

Less ripe meyers don't have to be any less acidic.

sprout some seeds, if only one plant comes up per seed they were Meyer. If multiples come up they were not. Toss the plants in the trash if they are Meyer seeds. They won't be true Meyers.

They look like Meyers to me as well!
