    Blue Pine. We use it frequently. It is a light colored wood with blueish grey veins going through it. Various stain colors (or clear) can be applied to get the darkness you prefer. Here is another photo of Blue Pine with a clear finish which would be a lighter look. Thanks for asking. Great Question.
