My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
What are some options for non-continuous floor coverings in the corner of a room?
The rest of the room (basement) is shag carpet but we don't have enough extra to fill in the hole that will be left when by a torn out bar. The area is about 6'x10'.
No specific use in mind. We would like to keep it open and flexible. We have two kids (ages 2 and 3) who spend a lot of time playing down there, and we rearrange the toys and layout from time to time. We don't use the bar so it is just in the way.
I agree with earlier comments that vinyl would be a good option. It will grow with your kids. Toy storage now, smooth surface for a train or race tracks soon, and perhaps a craft corner in a few more years.
