They look perfectly fine. The loss of leaves can been a natural occurrance do to lower light levels, temperatures and reduced watering (which is necessary). Be careful not to start watering too much, until you see them really starting to put on growth. They can retain leaves and still be in dormancy.

I live in a cooler climate than yourself, but many of mine had shed their leaves and are just starting to put on the beginning of new growth. They may just stall for a few weeks.

I like to check by lightly squeezing their caudex. If they are ever pliably soft, then I give 1/8th cup (with your 4" pots). It is easy to over water when they first start growing.

With smaller pots, you can check by weight when lifted for water requirements.

"They can retain leaves and still be in dormancy"... I didn't know that so that definitely helps me. I thought once they go dormant, all their leaves would fall.

I checked the caudices and they are all hard so I'll keep doing what I'm doing and not start watering too much.

Dormancy -> no stem elongation and no growth of new leaves. But as Rick mentioned some adeniums can retain leaves during dormancy.

In my experience, arabicums will retain their leaves if kept warm in a sunny spot and watered sparingly. And at least some arabicums have a built-in dormancy which can't be broken by cultural means. Actually I have one arabicum which is in full leaf but dormant. It has been under intense LED light at 85F for months but it refuses to grow new leaves.
