Hello Sachin, the decking material is Ipe. Composite will not have this varied rich look. It will look much more monochromatic. There is no maintenance for this wood species. It will weather to a nice silver grey. The only "maintenance" is for aesthetic reasons and you can apply an oil finish to maintain the color.
