undermount sink on granite and ikea cab

I want to use granite and install a non-ikea undermount sink on my goodmorgon cabinets.... my contractor says I cant. Can you tell me how you did this?

    It can be done, and we have had numerous contractors execute it well. They have to modify the top drawer to allow for space for the P-trap

    It can be installed. If contractors don't want to fool with it they say it can't be done. Tell him if he truly can't or is unwilling you will call a cabinet company and deduct their cost from what you will be paying him.
