Too busy in that small space, and not enough contrast(ornaments, towels, rug mirror are all the same hue). Can you remove those side ornaments. In the first picture it looks like the mirror on the other wall is too high.

Loop an elastic through your button hole by putting one side through then pulling the other end through the loop created. then slip the button through the elastic.

When you stand at the sink, can you actually see your face without being on your tippy toes? If so, then maybe a shelf under the mirror will balance that area. I'd try only one decorative piece above the toilet. Not to high though. You don't need to put things up high just because you have a high ceiling.

Looking at your mirror more, what happens if you move the mirror so that it is evenly spaced between the lights and the sink?

I meant use just one of those above the toilet and remove the other two from each side of the mirror. The mirror is already pretty ornate and it competes with the other two.

Mirror is too small for room and sink. No reason for two towel rings. Rug should still allow floor to be seen around perimeter of room.

The mirror should be hung in relation to the sink....not the ceiling.

You only need one mirror in a small powder room.

You don't need an accent wall in this tiny room and especially not the toilet wall.

Agree with removing some things as above and adjusting the mirror. I painted my pr Caponata, a deep eggplant. I think this room could use wallpaper or a rich color. Then I would look for artwork which can be reflected in the mirror.

Have you considered painting your whole bathroom that color that is behind the toilet? I would. Then lower the mirror to be evenly spaced between sink and lights as I think a larger one would be off scale with the sink but we could tell better if you would do this. If you repaint, could you take off the towel holders, repair the wall, and move ONE towel holder to the right side wall as in Beverly's sketch. Only using one towel holder rather than 2. Over the toilet put only one of those decorative white pieces. Ok stuff on toilet, if you must.

Take the two side panels down. Remove one towel rack, if you can. Above the tank use the two small pictures you showed in previous photo, one above the other, or the panels. Not too high up, you want the wall decor to be grounded not eyes looking up the wall. I did a small shelf in my bath, put Flameless candles and greens hanging, and small picture below it, when I have company, I use the remote for candles and it gives a nice glow (like a night light) when guests first enter the bath

I love the darker color on the accent wall and would prefer to paint the whole bath the darker color, more dramatic look! Small bath doesn't need to have something on every wall, it will become cluttered and distracting. Good luck. Your art work and mirror will pop using this darker color. Have fun.

I agree - take down the two towel rings - and rehang one on right hand side level with sink

People have suggested that you stack plaques squarely over the toilet. Hang the bottom one 4 inches over the toilet and the top one 2 inches above the bottom. No other art is necessary.

Can you show a picture of that arrangement?

This needs to happen for the proper spacing and for it to all look like a unit. It also looks a little too far to the left, but that could be the angle from which the picture was taken.
