Creating visual balance with windows and front door

Hello!
We are in the beginning stages of purchasing and renovating an antique farmhouse built in 1900. We will be removing vinyl siding, repairing and painting existing clapboard and installing new windows and roof.. new garage doors. The exterior windows and front door are not balanced. Any suggestions on how to create this through the front door and adding a front overhang?? We can't change placement of windows.
All ideas are appreciated!!!! Thank you in advance!

We would also like to add doghouse attic dormers .

IMO the addition of dormers will just accentuate the off that bugs you I think the big item is the fact that the door and the window above do not line up and the shutters just bring attention to the fact , if possible I would try to widen the front entry with double doors to line up with the window above , since you are replacing the siding it should be doable
