Paver patio

We have had quite a battle with a large Paver Installer to fix a faulty paver installation. This is the end result. I am concerned the slope is too steep and is it not level. Is this something they should fix? The entire patio was pulled up,compacted and reset.

No you want a slope away from the home so the water does not go in on the foundation. My poured stamped concrete patio is very similar. Once you get the landscape installed you will never notice it. He/she did it correctly. Photo of mine and it looked like a mini ski slope before the landscape went in and now, you would never notice. As you can see, they followed the watershed to the lake!
