There should be a copy of the plan with your city since they need to be there for permits , are you hiring a designer for decor or are you actually thinking about removing walls etc.

I live in Arizona. I already contacted the city, they do not keep records past 2 years which I thought was odd. I will like to remove a wall, but that is for another design dilemma post. ;) 1591 Sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 bath
