Hi Belle Chaise, how was it? I attended one of these and it was very crowded. I did enjoy seeing our colleagues there. :) Rhoda

It was crowded. I ended up not staying. The actual presentation wasn't going to start for an hour and the slide on the screen looked like a repeat of the sale presentation I received on the phone. Did you learn anything?

@Belle Chaise - we had great feedback about the event and insight it provided for professionals. With over 180 professionals in attendance, it was crowded but an energizing audience of industry pro's.

Sorry you were not able to stay for the presentation! You can view a webinar of it here which includes local consumer insights and tips for using houzz: http://info.houzz.com/houzzwebinar13.html

@Indiana Design Center Thanks, I will look at the webinar.

Here in Chicago our Open Houzz event is tonight at Room & Board showroom.

Great! Glad you found it useful.

I've been. They shared trends on the market and the demo's of Houzzer's. I need an advanced level class!

California Closets - where are you located? I do a "Using Houzz for Business" workshop. I also manage designers' profiles for them - building out their profiles, file management, keywords, discussions, requesting reviews, etc.

I work for the Suffolk County franchise. East end of Long Island, NY.

There are some good how-to's here at: http://www.houzz.com/user/professionalsonhouzz
Let me know if there's something specific you need help with, or email the team at Houzz. They provide excellent support.

Thanks for the heads up. I have a handle on general use, rep management and content creation. I am interested in analytics and data mining.

Sounds like their Pro+ program may be for you. It provides stats on profile views, image sharing, etc.

I agree but I think that program needs some work before I opt in. There is some pretty significant functionality that I believe should be included at the type of premium they are asking for.

What are you hoping to see as far as functionality?
