Thanks. Is it an easy grower?

Ehhh, it has it's moments. Fairly easy but can be sensitive to being shipped, is picky about over- and under- watering, and just pouts sometimes for no reason. Mine just put out several peduncles, so maybe I will be able to see the gorgeous blooms for myself.

It's honestly not too difficult, once you find conditions that work for YOU. Until then, take cuttings to experiment with. I have mine growing in a modified semi-hydro way. It is in LECA, is only watered when the reservoir is empty, and the reservoir is only 1/2 inch vs. 1-1.5 inches for my other semi-hydro plants.

It's beautiful and I love it but maybe I should stay with easy growers.

That is sooo pretty Monica. I love It! I just love the ones with markings on the leaves and ones with thick succulent leaves.

I agree--it's beautiful.

I've tried elliptica 3 times and lost it every time. Just a little too much dryness and it's a goner. I prefer the ones that can handle some dryness.
