I like it best away from the window with the back to the kitchen space. This placement separates the two spaces and also opens up the long wall in the living room to some vibrant artwork. I would also invest in a fairly substantial wall unit or shelves that look built in to house the tv and other storage or décor items. If the units can be separate you might also try the long chaise piece over on the long wall shared by the kitchen and leave the shorter piece on the wall opposite, so two sofa pieces on each side of the window, but that limits the tv placement. love sofa by the way.

The first layout is the best. The room is really too small for that sectional. You need to wall mount the television or get a media cabinet.

If the sectional has to stay, then #2 or #1 with the sectional moved away from the slider.

I like Beverly's rendering, but I would pull the sectional away from the wall a bit.

I'd try to center it on that wall.
